Your Questions, Answered

01

How often should I pump my septic tank?

Most septic tanks need to be pumped every 3–5 years, depending on tank size, household size, and water usage. Larger families or heavy water use may require more frequent pumping.
If you’re not sure when yours was last serviced, we can inspect it and give you an honest recommendation.

02

What are the signs my septic system needs repair?

Common signs include slow drains, gurgling toilets, sewage odors inside or outside the home, wet or soggy spots in the yard, or sewage backing up into drains. You might also notice unusually green or lush grass around the tank or drain field.
If you see any of these warning signs, it’s important to call right away — catching issues early can prevent major damage and costly repairs down the road.

03

Do you offer emergency septic pumping or repairs?

Yes. Septic issues don’t work on a schedule, and when things back up, you need help fast. We offer emergency pumping and repairs to get your system flowing again and protect your property from damage.
Whether it’s a backup, overflowing tank, clogged line, or a sudden failure, we respond quickly with the equipment needed to diagnose and fix the problem right away.

04

What areas do you service in Missouri?

We provide septic installation, repairs, and pumping services across Southwest Missouri, including Webster, Wright, Douglas, Dallas, Stone, Taney, Lawrence, Barry, Ozark, Laclede, Polk, and Dade counties, and parts of Northern Arkansas.  We work with rural properties, residential neighborhoods, farms, and local businesses throughout the region.
If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, just give us a call — we’re happy to check.

05

How much does a new septic system installation cost?

The cost of a new septic system depends on several factors: tank size, soil type, the size of your drain field, property layout, and the overall scope of the installation. Every property is different, so pricing can vary from job to job.
We provide free quotes and walk you through the entire process so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises, no hidden fees. We’ll evaluate your property, explain your options, and help you choose the system that makes the most sense for your home or business.
